Service Technician

• Ensure all receipts and despatches of sources are properly recorded.
• Ensure that an accurate inventory of all sources is maintained including the locations of each source within the building.
• Ensure packages for despatch are correctly labelled in accordance with the transport regulations.
• Ensure the warehouse is kept clean, tidy, and organised.
• Complete scheduled maintenance tasks.
• Demonstrate an understanding of Sentinel range of projectors and equipment including how to load and maintain them.

• Qualified to A level standard or equivalent.
• Electrical and mechanical experience.
• Well-versed in radiological safety and the regulations governing high-activity radiation sources.
• Familiar with transportation regulations for radioactive materials.
• Experienced in the air transport regulations concerning radioactive materials.

• Able to work accurately and methodically in a highly regulated environment
• Flexible in terms of working hours when needed
• UK driving licence
• The ability to obtain security clearance

• Competitive salary range of 28,000 - 35,000.
