Senior Project Engineer

Role: Lead Project Engineer

Contract: 12 months

Location: Wiltshire

Rate: Umbrella

SRG are currently recruiting for a Lead Project Engineer for an initial 12 month contract with the view of extension based in Wiltshire. As the Lead Project Engineer you will be responsible for managing the full life cycle of projects, including FEED, procurement, installation and commissioning.

Responsibilities (including but not limited to):

• Engineering and management of CAPEX projects through FEED, installation and commissioning
• Manage budget, schedule and risks
• Manage and control the safe installation of equipment on site including supervision of on-site contractors
• Support troubleshooting during installation and start-up

Criteria:

• Degree educated or equivalent in Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical or Manufacturing Engineering
• Experience of CAPEX project delivery
• Familiar with Hazard Studies and Risk Assessments
• Experience working in a manufacturing industry (e.g. chemical, pharmaceutical, nuclear).
