Description: | Summary Job Description for Risk Practitioner Working within the BMO, the risk practitioner will be required to support the risk manager on ensuring that there is an efficient, effective and comprehensive approach to risk management. Providing effective controls and assurance to minimise risk events, which result in a negative impact to the organisation/employees/assets and poor customer outcomes, reputational damage or regulatory scrutiny/intervention. Will be expected to have a good knowledge and understanding of risk management processes and applicable analytical skills, procedures, and tools (such as, but not limited to, Active Risk Manager – ARM) by working closely with fellow risk professionals, Project Managers and teams to collate and challenge inputs to the risk database ensuring they are underpinned. The location for this role is flexible and can be based at Risley, Workington or Sellafield. Main Responsibilities for Risk Practitioner
