CNC Turner - Setter, Operator, Programmer

JRS Associates Ltd has partnered up with an exciting manufacturer in the local area and we're looking to add an experienced CNC Turner - Setter, Operator, Programmer to the team.

The position comes due to a consistent intake of healthy, long-standing contracts meaning a need for an experienced precision engineer see below for a detailed description of the role package and specifications of the CNC machinist required.

The Successful CNC Turner - Setter, Operator, Programmer - Package:

• £34,500 to £40,000 per annum
• Days shift (Mon to Thurs, 7:30am - 4:30pm & Friday, 7:30am - 12:30pm)
• Overtime available paid at 1.5x
• Holiday entitlement - 33 days (including statutory)

The Successful CNC Turner - Setter, Operator, Programmer - Requirements:

• Apprenticeship trained, time served, NVQ level 3, or higher
• Experience with Vertical Turning? (VTLs)
• Experience of online programming on Siemens controls
• Experience manufacturing components for the Nuclear, Power Generation, and Aerospace industries
• Experience of working to tight precision tolerances
• Experience working with a wide range of soft, hard, and exotic metals
