Description:

As the Project Administrator you will be responsible for creating and managing Operation and Maintenance (O&M) manuals and site files, ensuring all documentation is accurate, comprehensive, and up to date.

Key Responsibilities

  • O&M Manuals: Develop, compile, and maintain comprehensive O&M manuals for various projects, ensuring they meet client and regulatory requirements.
  • Site Files: Create and manage site files, including all relevant project documentation such as drawings, specifications, and reports.
  • Documentation Control: Ensure all project documentation is properly filed, easily accessible, and regularly updated.
  • Quality Assurance: Review and verify the accuracy and completeness of all documentation.
  • Coordination: Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to gather necessary information for documentation.
  • Compliance: Ensure all documentation complies with industry standards and company policies.
  • Support: Assist with other administrative tasks as needed, including scheduling meetings, preparing reports, and maintaining project records
  • Travel Arrangements: Book flights, hotels, car rentals, and other travel-related services for employees.

Skills and Experience

  • Experience in a project administration role, preferably with a focus on documentation and compliance.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Experience in the construction or engineering sectors (desirable)
  • Any administration or engineering qualifications (desirable)

Specific Qualifications

  • Hold a qualification in business administration.
  • Proficient use of MS Office
