Description: | Our client and their award-winning fit-out division, is seeking a Project Manager. This position offers a competitive salary ranging from £55k to £65k, along with an attractive benefits package including genuine opportunities for career progression. Key Responsibilities: Leading and overseeing project management and delivery. Establishing and maintaining relationships with important stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and construction managers, to ensure project goals are met within established timelines. Taking the lead on specific packages of site work within your chosen discipline. Ensuring that nuclear safety and quality standards are consistently upheld. Meeting tight project schedules and budgets through effective management of engineering tasks, assurance and quality requirements, risk and opportunity management, and overall construction deliverables. Cultivating an inclusive work environment and motivating the team to achieve successful project outcomes. Managing and supporting others in implementing project controls and commercial management, including contract administration using NEC3 and NEC4. Ensuring that key project deliverables are consistently achieved, maintaining high standards, safety, and compliance with nuclear safety requirements. Producing regular progress reports for the project's senior leadership team, including control account reporting and client monthly progress reports. Required Qualifications and Experience:
Security Clearance: The role requires immediate availability, subject to undergoing a BPSS (Baseline Personnel Security Standard) and Ministry of Defence (MoD) security clearance. While the security application process is in progress, candidates can begin work. However, it's essential to have a British Passport and have been continuously residing and working in the UK for the past five years with UK residency status. | |
