Our client is a post-IPO unicorn that operates in 40 countries and is a key player in the energy transition. We are working with their nuclear team, a lean 30-person team with a fast-paced dynamic.

They're searching for a construction manager who will be leading the decommissioning efforts of nuclear power plants and has experience in risk management and dealing directly with clients. You must be a German and English speaker.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage nuclear site projects and ensure all objectives are being met on a national and international scale.
• Conducting risk assessment and safety requirements
• Travel to clients' sites across multiple countries
• Compliance with regulations across safety, occupational, health, and environmental protection.

Qualifications

• Background in Mechanical Engineering (or relative field) or a Master/Technician Qualification
• 3+ years of experience in managing sites both nationally and internationally
• Nuclear decommissioning or maintenance experience preferred, or relevant experience
• Project management skills
• Leadership capabilities
