We are looking for a Commercial Programme Director to work within the defence sector.
Location: Hybrid working - Reading (2 day per. week)
Essential Skills: The ideal candidates will hold active SC Clearance have a proven Commercial Management background at Director Level, with the following skills/ experience: - Strong Commercial Governance experience working within Defence, Nuclear or Central Government.
- Experience managing a Commercial / Procurement team up-to 50 members in a complex environment.
- Strong Public sector Procurement regulation (PCR 2015) & CCS Procurement frameworks.
- Strong Supplier Relationship Management - managing strategic supplier relationships.
- Strong Contract Management - Knowledge of NEC 3/4 Contracts
- Experience working on complex major construction experience.
- Experience in procuring across various categories.
