Job Description - Relevant qualification in Human Factors.
- Experience applying Human Factors within a safety critical engineering context
- Experienced in human reliability assessment. This should include:
- Human error identification
- Qualitative / quantitative error analysis.
- Substantiation of operator safety claims.
- A good understanding of the nuclear safety case process.
- Ability to deliver Human Factors assessment with minimal supervision.
- Able to work as part of a Human Factors and safety case delivery team.
- Chartered membership of CIEHF is desirable.
