Overview: We are seeking highly motivated and dynamic Security Consultant to join our client s growing Warrington team. The successful candidates will support major projects within the nuclear industry in the UK and internationally. The ideal candidate will have experience in both list N and list X . Due to the nature of the work, the candidates must have a suitable background that will allow them to achieve UK security clearance (SC).

Key Responsibilities:
- Conducting vetting and security processing for relevant clearances pertaining to the Nuclear and Defence sectors.
- Full scope of security related tasks including Physical, Cyber and Auditing.
- Liaising with external sites and organisations to ensure the accurate delivery of security outputs.
- Stakeholder management to ensure prioritisation of tasks to reduce delays to essential works.
- Managing resource to ensure project delivery within budget.
Key Requirements: - A proven track record of applying security principles in the Nuclear or Defence Industry.
- A drive to ensure successful delivery and continuous client satisfaction by delivering pragmatic and proportionate solutions.
- An ability to quickly grasp complex issues and apply knowledge and experience to deliver pragmatic and proportionate solutions.
- Previous Security or Procurement experience in the Nuclear of Defence sector is essential for this role.
- SC Clearance.
Personal Qualities: - Able to work as part of a team, as well as to work independently where needed.
- Clear communication skills are essential, both verbal and written, and strong organisational skills and attention to detail are critical.
- Strong analytical and logical skills are essential.
