| Description: | My client is a major, £225m turnover MEICA specialist contractor. They have opened a new facility, and are in the process of building a team to support a >£80m E&I Project on Hinkley Point C. They are looking for a Planning Engineer/Senior Planning Engineer to initially assist with scheduling for design and engineering, with a view to moving on to construction and commissioning as the project progresses. This is the first in a range of expected major project wins for them so there s substantial opportunity for development in the team. You ll be working on HPC for the next 4/5 years with a view to moving on to another major Nuclear project afterwards. So, what do you need? First and foremost you ll be good at using Primavera P6 and you ll have worked on engineering projects on highly regulated projects previously (Think Nuclear, Oil & Gas, Petrochemical etc.). You ll be able to communicate with the team on the ground, run the existing programme and offer challenges & reviews on project efficiency.
