Description: | Project Start are looking for a Fabricator / Welder, to join their large industrial steel works client tin the Bolton area. Their Manufacturing Team are now looking for a Fabricator / Welder to join their large team. JOB PURPOSE You will be possible for the installation of parts to range of large protection doors, where you will be using deburring methods and hand and power tools, to achieve the final product, before the item is shipped to the customer. JOB OVERVIEW An experienced Fabricator / Welder with MIG experience. Ideally with a minimum of 5 years experience within similar role, you will be part of a large team manufacturing large protection systems and steel doors. ADDITIONAL SKILLS Mig welding experience Using overhead crane Grinding, Gouging, and Polishing SKILLS & EXPERIENCE REQUIRED Our long-standing manufacturing client in Bolton are looking for an experienced and capable Welder/Fabricator to join their ever-growing team. They cover manufacturing projects for the nuclear, oil and gas, defence, marine, industrial, pharmaceutical, architectural and water industries and so the work is varied and complex at times. The successful candidate will demonstrate a formal level of training. Knowledge of mechanised welding process is desirable. Current certificate for overhead crane use Current FLT certificate desirable Own transport required. An eye for detail and the ability to work to tight tolerances is imperative. Effective communication skills and the ability to absorb large quantities of information.
