Contract Length : 18 month PAYE

Working hours : Monday Thursday 8am 4.30 & Friday finish at 2.30pm

We are seeking experienced and qualified electricians to join our team working on the Hinkley Point nuclear power station project. This is a unique opportunity to contribute to one of the UK s largest infrastructure projects, ensuring high standards of electrical installation and maintenance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems in accordance with technical drawings, regulations, and safety standards.
  • Work on containment systems, cable installations, terminations, and panel wiring.
  • Conduct inspections, testing, and commissioning of electrical systems.
  • Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and environmental regulations.
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical faults and provide effective solutions.
  • Work collaboratively with engineers, supervisors, and other trades.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of work completed and report any issues to management.
Qualifications & Experience
  • NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installation or equivalent.
  • JIB Gold Card (preferred).
  • 18th Edition Wiring Regulations (BS 7671).
  • C&G 2391 or equivalent qualification in Testing & Inspection (desirable).
  • Experience working on large-scale construction or industrial projects, ideally within the nuclear or energy sector.
  • Knowledge of working under stringent safety regulations and procedures.
