Syntax is one of the largest independently owned technical recruitment, training and IT consultancy providers within the Midlands region. We employ 42 members of staff, and had a turnover of £11.5M in 2009. Syntax has successfully provided Engineering recruitment services on a permanent and contract basis for over 20 years.
On average, Syntax resources 80 roles and submits 250 candidates to our clients per week. This allows Syntax to place over 1000 contractors and 300 permanent staff per annum. We provide candidate profiles to our clients within agreed timescales and our average time to recruit a permanent role is less than 3 weeks. Syntax prides themselves as a quality recruiter, this is reflected in our placement retention rates; 96% of permanent staff remain with clients after three months and 92% after six months
